I wanted to create a painting based on the words "Wild Honey Bear". A beautiful image of bees, flowers with a big brown bear appeared on the canvas. I used warm, retro colors to give this piece a comforting, homemade feel. I desired to make it feel like this bear could be the face of a honey operation, made from wildflowers and love.
